Everyday carry is what you have with you on a daily basis.  The key is that it depends on the person and what contingencies they want to be prepared for.  The everyday carry for a doomsday prepper is going to be very different from a senior.

Should what I carry vary by the day?

In order to avoid forgetting things, we suggest to keep it consistent.  If you do want to vary it, we suggest have different bags for each type of day (i.e., supermarket vs. taking a walk).

  1. Hotodeal KN95 Mask:  This mask doesn’t sell off and provides more protection than a surgical mask
  2. Air Tag:  Attach it to your key chain to keep track at all times
  3. Whistle or keychain alarm:  This can help to alert others if you need help
  4. Sunglasses:  Make sure they are polarized in order to reduce glare and polycarbonate for extra durability.  If you can get ones that tint automatically with the light even better.
  5. Hat:  We recommend a hat with neck protection against the sun
  6. Burt’s Bees Lip balm:  This natural lip balm isn’t full of additives
  7. Lululemon Running Belt Bag:  We really like the compact nature of this bag.  It can fit your phone and other essentials.
  8. Apple Watch:  With a blood oxygen sensor, heart rate monitor, and fitness activity apps the Apple Watch is essential on the go
